7. Yes, in 2019 I was FORCED by TurboTax to paper-file my state return. I e-filed my federal return

It was some stupid thing where because I owed like a $3 penalty on my state (Minnesota) return, TurboTax said I have to file a paper return (I forget the details but GRRRRR GRRRR GRRRRR, I don't want to print the long f'ing thing (the state requires a copy of the federal return attached) and then mail it and hope the postage is right and all that, but that's what I had to do).

But it allowed me to e-file my federal, even though I had a very small penalty on that one too.
