however, after using it for three years, with many attempts each year, I have yet to be successful in electronic filing the results. The security program fails each time. The credentials / user password (not to be confused with id ME) has never accepted a return with my "user selectable" code. The instructions are ambiguous.

Someday, I will invest the hours needed to get phone help....but not during tax season.
