7. No college grad w. an iq above 90 is going to go into a line of work ( I used to call it a "profession", but that seems so 1999 now.) where :
A. the pay is so low;
B. the paperwork load is unfathomable;
C. the classroom micromanagement from above is constant and oppressive;
D. there is no prospect of job security or financial incentive to stay.( i.e I'm talking about a salary scale that rewards a career-type commitment; not some "merit" pay scheme based on politicized test "data".)
