Nationwide are communities that just don't reach the threshold of coverage and frequency needed to make transit better than driving for the required number of people.

Resultantly, it's hard to pass the tax measures needed to bring effective networks into being.

Younger people get it, they don't want cars in the ways we did in the 60s 70s 80s, etc.
