Beans. Fake meat these days is soooo good. I still eat tofu, but Gardein's fake meats are incredibly tasty. Plus, my body feels better afterwards.

I weightlift, haven't lost any muscle mass, just fat. Plus, I haven't had a cold since I started. 3+ years. I think it's the dairy that was killing me.

A lot of NFL players (linemen included) have gone vegan -- turns out vegans heal faster. Long-distance runners are all going vegan as well. The body deals with physical stress better when it doesn't have to process another animal's waste products.
