Creamy Broccoli Quinoa Casserole [View all]
This casserole is amazing and packed full of nutrients. I've made this several times and it's a hit with the entire family (even the meat eaters).
My son (meat eater) is coming home tonight, and he asked for a double batch to take back to college for next week.
I have 3 casseroles in the oven.
