Vegetarian, Vegan and Animal Rights

I teach women's history across time and culture in the Lifelong Learning program at our community college and I'm ditching most of an overlong segment on (eugenics advocate) Margaret Sanger and the revolution in birth control, in favor of this fabulous story of strong and courageous women, learning to be professional rangers, protecting the elephants from dangerous poachers. it's going to be the final topic of the course.
