3. One of the evil bastards has already been arrested, so it shouldn't be too hard to "track down" the others.

The big question is, (assuming they are found guilty), what happens next?
Will they get a "slap on the wrist," community service, or will they get actual jail time (Juvenile Detention)?
(My hope is the latter, along with many months of psychological counseling)
