The prisons are chock full of convicts, who as children, abused animals.......

Too fucking bad Mommy Coyote and Daddy Coyote weren't around.....or ANY Democrat animal lover.........

Here in Colorado, several years ago, we passed a law that animal/pet/neglect is a crime that earns a jail sentence.....

The first guy caught got a two month stint in a county jail....and his name and picture were spread all over the local media.
