To the extent it could be associated with bias, it is likely that UN Watch is particularly focused on monitoring some of the UN's activities that relate to Israel. But it seems to have a broad net and my googling doesn't turn up signs that it is fabricating or misleading. Not sure journalists these days would bother to take the effort to confirm these, as it may not be a viable mainstream news story. More likely, if it is possible to disconfirm it, someone will do that.
