Besides, when the selling of land to Israelis is reported to the IDF, no action is taken, so how can this be prevented? And from what I understand, the Israeli seller was trying to sell land that wasn't his, which ought to be a criminal offense even according to Israeli legal standards...

You don't even have a feather to build your hen with...

The real issue here is that B'Tselem, which is a trusted human rights NGO has lost confidence in the IDF's ability to investigate itself.
