You're the one defending Russian practices, not due process. It's ridiculous to assume the PA would give this man due process. Really, it's laughable. Now seriously, what do you expect the PA would do with this man? You say it's the only way - that B'tselem is right and the PA is the only organization capable of dealing with this since Israel won't. Okay, so how would the PA deal with this? What do you expect them to do?
