Evangelicals have been largely Israel supporters all along - and that hasn't changed much with the war. MAGA, and the GOP in general terms, are more or less in the same place - although it should be noted that there is small slice there that is isolationist and xenophobic enough that they object to ANY spending outside the borders - and that's where you're seeing the anti-Ukraine aid coming in.
(should also be noted that support for Israel, in terms of prosecution of the war, is eroding among all demographics - it's just dipping faster in the Dems and the left)

The truly antisemitic (although MAGA/GOP hosts many garden variety bigots) are going to be found in the white nationalist, extreme alt-right bunch - and while these types might find common cause, and fellow traveler interests, with Donald Trump - they are not at all married to 45 in either allegiance or agenda, in the way that MAGA is. And you're right in that there is a bit of a conundrum here - in that these people hate Jews and Muslims - almost in equal parts. I guess you'd have to poll them to find out for sure - but I'd hazard that they are probably rooting for death and destruction on both sides - and a larger destabilization in the Middle East
