A few Israelis have protested against Netanyahu’s war, but very few. The general population seems fine with allowing settlers to steal Palestinian lands and murder them, along with killing many thousands of innocent Palestinians in Gaza.

President Biden has proposed sanctions on the settlers, but that will not stop them just as sanctions have had very little impact on Putin’s illegal war on Ukraine. The whole state of Israel needs to be sanctioned and all aid withheld until the settlers are forced to leave the West Bank. World pressure against a government can have an impact, as we saw with the ending of apartheid in South Africa.
