**IF** that's all it took, it wouldn't need to be a very loud explosion at all, and could have easily been done with a small amount of C4 to accomplish.

There were posts here several years ago about some guy who has done more controlled demolitions than anyone else.. or something like that... and people on the non-controlled demolition kept pointing to his expertise (confirmation bias by an "authority figure"} as proof that there was no CD.

He cited the tons of explosives, miles of wire, etc., that it would have taken, and used the fact that none of the seismological equipment in the area picked up any unusual patterns that day.

I posted a rebuttal that debunked him ( I will look for it later ) showing how the equipment wouldn't even had picked up a blip from a single charge going off floor to floor because it would be equivalent to a grenade going off... which was less vibration than trains, subways and heavy equipment being used. NO ONE would have looked at it twice.

I won't spend much time on this, as I have moved on some and have bigger things going on in real life. I just wanted to point this out to you, Mr. Seger, because even though we have differences of opinions, and have gone around tooth and nail before we understood where each other was coming from and developed what, I think, was a mutual respect for each other, we have had nothing but civil conversations ever since.

I am about 35% deaf, but a few seconds into the video, you can clearly hear an explosion just seconds before the Penthouse collapses. Please watch and listen again?
