... and another group of terrorists tried to bring down the WTC, all while Clinton was President, and the general themes of hijackings and suicide attacks goes back at least to Carter's term. So crediting W with "inventing" them is, um... bullshit. So is believing that they were incapable of inventing themselves and planning successful attacks. That's very foolish bullshit.
