If Chinese satellites could actually disrupt computers, they would prove it to you with major disruptions. Then, after you buy a new computer, you could report back to us, about the dangers of Chinese space-junk. What do you think modern military satellites do? The first satellites of the USSR and China broadcasted radio messages to typical radio receivers in Europe, the USA and other nations. The USSR launched theirs in 1957 and China launched one in 1970.
