10. The top of the GOP, or at least some of them, are backing away quietly

and carefully, but without being too obvious about it because they are still afraid of the GOP base. And much of the GOP base still worships TFG because the MAGA faction is no longer a political party but a cult. Cult members do not easily or quickly change their allegiance, if they ever do. The GOP's leadership won't overtly reject TFG until they think they are safe from the MAGA base, and neither the J6 Committee's criminal referral nor any prosecution of TFG by DOJ will change the minds of the cult members.

I think there will be some violence.
