NIST FOIA 09-42: R27 -- 42A0238 - G26D113, Video #2 (WTC1 Pressure Pulse/Collapse)




01:33 - Something ignites very fast and burns with a bright glow, on 80th floor of WTC2.

14:44 to 14:16 - Gap of 2 seconds. Video repeats itself at 01:49:30, embedded timer code.

19:48 to 20:23 - Gap of 35 seconds. Molten-substance flowing and collapse of South Tower is missing in this tape.

25:52 - Pressure pulse at 10:18:48am pushes smoke and flames out of the north and west faces, mainly on floors 92 and 95 of WTC1.

35:27 - North Tower collapses at 10:28:22am. Top of the core-remnant column 501A is visible for a couple of seconds.

MPEG-2 video decompressed & deinterlaced, resolution upscaled and clarity increased. Contrast, color saturation and audio adjusted.

No or very low volume was detected at the right audio channel, unlike the Cumulus clips. The audio was enhanced to pseudo-stereo by splitting the left stereo channel in two mono channels and adding simulated stereo chorus to both.
