And do I have to do this more than once? After I have the Chinese geek satellites destroyed in my area, about how long does it take for them to come back? Or is it a "one and done" sort of thing?

Last evening after downloading your post to my comouter, I went out to get a sandwich from a local pizza shop. I ended up ordering a stromboli instead of a sandwich for reasons I do not understand. Then, when I left the shop, a tractor trailer had blocked me into my parking space, and someone in the space in front of me pulled out of their space, so I could get out that way.

But they almost had me trapped in the parking lot with a stromboli I hadn't intended to order when I got there.
