Because some people who aren't minorities and haven't experienced such things in society are ready to give up against Trump.

I always tell them- Hell, this has been reality for minorities in this country for a long time- now you're feeling what we felt. You're not powerless, you're not defenseless- get loud, get pissed and start fighting! There will be bumps in the road and it will take time, but we CAN and we WILL win!
