I agree..Trans rights are human rights. One good thing here in India is that acceptance of the trans community is fairly common. I was rather pleased that my dad who has some conservative views (not crazy, but to my right), is very supportive of trans rights. He is a classical conservative in some ways. But he does not have outlandish fixations with other peoples lives which in no way infringe on his.
Tim Walz put it well with you stay in your lane and I in mine. That is not applicable to shared resources like the planet and society where everyone should have a say, but abortion, birth control, lgbtq rights..these are all so personal.
I think it is cool when people are different (well okay except creeps, sleazebags etc..that is a bridge too far..and that is usually who is this upset about trans rights).
