I've been haunting my bookcase lately for references. All my stuff is from the 70's. No wonder the young ones here challenge my calling myself feminist.

This one is 1976. Self-Assertion For Women. A Guide to Becoming Androgynous. *fully human. By Pam E. Butler

It tries to unwrap gender identity to get to our essential selves
