Then I invited her and her boyfriend to my home and did my best to counsel them both as to how relationships are difficult and that they needed to openly discuss what happened, how sex has consequences, how they had to talk honestly about their feelings on the incident and that many more discussions needed to happen so they could support one another in a loving environment. Then I had the young man escort her into the bathroom and they kind of 'took the pill together'. It was a healthy, open, and a little sad episode but it was mature and thought out as well....
