I used to watch basketball all on my own (got tired of it in the 90s when they all became thugs). While I admit that my husband did get me interested in soccer and golf, I do not watch it to maintain my relationship with him. There's lots of other sports that he watches that I just couldn't really get into.

That's just silly.
