The fact he was chewing people out loud enough for the OP to hear has me wondering, though. Incomplete records sounds more like the previous doctor's error, not anyone still around. Yelling to me is a strike against him, let alone yelling at the wrong people.

Then again, he could be both a good doctor and an asshole boss... The two aren't mutually exclusive.
