gone at it the way he did. He didn't start off by saying, "Just to protect yourself from being sued" or anything. He just went right in to telling her she should get a note from the doctor.

If he was doing his job both of us would have felt ok about it. As it was we were both insulted and I'm sure she felt hurt.
