I do not trust him.

It was a small cavity on the upper left rear molar.

Could not floss it and went back.

He filed it down or something.

Cannot chew on that side now.

By telling the insurance there is pain, I still have coverage for it.

I think I have to call as two appts. next week.

Maybe I'll leave a message saying tooth hurts and cancelling appointments and won't be back.
