I manage 80% of it with an anti inflammatory diet.

It was easy for me to move towards that in 2009. I don't think I've had a coke in 20 years (yuck). There are some small changes that anyone could make to reduce the inflammation in their body.

Something I've not given up - Coffee. But I drink decaf.
