for each measured category depending on the time frames used to both report and aggregate the data. Also, each state has their own reporting standards and various reports don't always include the most recent numbers.

As with any scientific research, trending and tracking information is sometimes intended to provide loose representations and doesn't always focuses on a finite number values. ❤
