prescriptions that are late, unfilled, or lost, plus some staffers who don't give a damn and tell you something has been filled when it hasn't (too lazy to check). The pharmacists are apologetic. I realize they're doing the best with what corporate gives them.

Helpful hint that I've learned: If you have to order anything special don't wait till the last minute. Allow for at least 5, maybe 6, working days for your Rx to be ordered, shipped, and filled.
