4. get mine from local farmer's market. used to have bad hay fever. opp side effects to the main drug.

the meth hoops, so finding honey made me happy. then i am using it for cholesterol issue. easier than making bean soups. wait. the tea for cholesterol. honey for hay fever. my frozen tea melts faster w/ honey in it.

i like really cold or hot.
