My mother was an avid gardener and one of the calmest most centered person you could meet. I picked up my love of growing things from her and look forward to clearing my little garden spot and planting tomatoes, many types of peppers and cucumbers. Strawberries are awesome, but there are so many birds here, I never get to eat any so quit planting them. I am thinking of trying pole beans this year. It's been so hot the tomatoes didn't do as well so thinking of planting less of them and trying something different. I'll have to research them to find the best type tp grow here in NE FL.
