Eliminate all foods & drinks that are not healthy

If you can eliminate all processed foods, especially sugar and corn syrup

Load up on lysine rich & I’mI’m building foods, a good multi vitamin, antioxidants. Aerobics to help destress and detox. Senna if not regular movements.

I had a couple of bouts with psoriasis in my life. And giant hives for a couple of years. Stress and PTSD. I refused to use steroids which didn’t heal others.

Following a healthy lifestyle body, mind spirit to reduce stressors is best protocol

Know this can be a temporary condition.

It’s a symptom letting you know you’re on stress overload and possibly a candidate for cleaner food/drink choices.

External treatments won’t work if the inner systems aren’t repaired.

An anti-itch topical might help. They weren’t available for me.

I like The Itch Erase Gel It’s on Amazon

Hope yours clears up soon.
