Amy plan hat I just easily switch over to mediteranian from Keto.....which is simply a Modified Atkins diet.

And it said flat out that it's heavily skewed by the fact there I no Double Blind. And not nearly as many low carb clinical trials...

In the past we just did not eat the amount of Carb we eat today. And they have genetically have turned our fruit into essentially candy.....because sugar of any kind is addictive
