8. I had terribly high blood pressure a while ago, but one pill and a supplement take care of it.

Valsartin and a Co-Q 10 supplement seem to do the trick. The Co-Q 10 is expensive, though, and out of pocket.

There was a problem with the manufacture of Valsartin a few years ago and I had to try others. I just didn't like them. This one has no side effects for me whatsoever.

I hate needing a prescription. But the alternative was worse.

Also, I didn't realize how bad I felt while the pressure was uncontrolled. But as it came under control, I realized how bad I had been feeling, how fuzzy my thinking and how uncomfortable my head and body were, before I got it controlled.
