13. Try an oral appliance which pulls the lower jaw forward while asleep.

Very similar to a retainer. I have had to wear a retainer after braces as an adult and the apnea appliance I use isn't much different. Mine was prescribed by my dentist over 25 years ago. Now I see they are sold over the counter very reasonably. Worth a try for comfort and convenience. I had to travel for work here and abroad and slept OK.
