I get that it is easy to stress shopping the exterior perimeter where all the fresh produce/meat/seafood and for many stores, the healthier less processed, whole grain bread is located. The interior freezer area is obviously full of heavily processed frozen dinners, ice cream, and the like. But there is NOTHING wrong with fresh-frozen whole unadulterated fruit and vegetables. And when seasonality is an issue or locally-grown produce is not available, that is a very good option. This likely seems a no-brainer for most here, but I can assure you it is not for a lot of people.
