Anyone have bouts of vertigo during and after Covid? I'm fully vaxxed, but got sick 3 [View all]

weeks ago and tested positive. Had fever, mild cough, nasty nausea & vomiting and fatigue. Recently I had a couple bouts of severe vertigo that scare the hell out of me. Have tried variations of the Epley Maneuver and taken meclizine. I'm the caretaker for my disabled husband and can't afford to be out of commission. Anyone on DU gotten vertigo after Covid or a flu? Any suggestions? I have an appointment with my primary in 10 days.
