Just move the map around to change countries. Knowing your geography helps.

Click on the city name, click on "view all ___ stations" to see the section in that locality.

The Pyongyang station was kind of a surprise, it's peppy music to keep the workers motivated but no harangues. Production quality is insanely good. N. Korea ever dumps the dictators, they're going to pull in people worldwide to record music.
