12. Understaffing has been an issue for a very long time

and I fully support these workers. I know their working conditions and they're horrible.

There are some businesses that are labor intensive, all facets of health care being one of them. Corporate jackasses think they're going to be able to jostle their way to the top by cutting staff and saving labor costs while what they should be doing is adding staff, increasing safety, and providing the kind of customer service that provokes loyalty to the stores, not to mention keeping people safe.

Cheaping out on labor is a little annoying in big box stores and groceries. It is occasionally fatal in health care. Staff cutting by B-school morons is universal.
