Sent the link to my Mom, it's insane what she pays out of pocket for COPD and heart medications, and that's with good insurance. Hopefully she'll be able to find some savings.

I actually paid cash for my Lisinopril last week. Insurance wouldn't cover it because I was a day early. Understandable if the Rx is an opiate, or even ADHD meds, anything with potential for abuse. Like, what am I gonna do? Crush and sniff rails of my blood pressure medication? Sell it?? 🙄 I was simply in town by the pharmacy and it's 30 min away from my house. Gah.

Anyhow, without insurance it was $13 for a 30 day supply. On Costplus it's $5.60. Nice!
