Anybody got a good remedy for poison ivy ? [View all]

I went and got a steroid shot yesterday and it is going away but still itching some.
I soaked in baking soda water and it helps for a bit and I rub fast orange hand cleaner on it and that works pretty good but is there something that will stop the itch completely ?
I went and cut some wood the other day wearing shorts and must have walked through some and it is on my ankles and calves.....RRRRRR
