4. I take my blood pressure every day, 2 hours after

I take a very low dose of BP meds 12 1/2 mg. Presser has stayed low. I had been on a heavy does as prescribed by 3 Cardiologist and it gave me Orthostatic Hypotension. Found a NP that listen to my concerns and decided to start on the lowest dose, take my pressure 2 hours later. Said we could then up the dose if needed. First wholistic doctor I’ve found.
74 years old and have a pacemaker but no Afib.

Would like to make it another 10 years.
