I hope this post fits this forum. [View all]

I am an avid user of a treadmill and have now put over 150 miles on a pair of shoes that impress me. They are the step in type. No laces to tie and truly work as advertised. They squeak a bit on the treadmill but I use noise canceling headphones so problem solved there.

I have back and knee problems so tying shoes is a pain in the well back and knees. This problem is completely solved. Game changer for me and I hope may help you.

Pain sucks and every little bit helps.
