Either grounding screw or 3rd rail.

And check the clamp on your outside ground rod connection. Decades ago some of those were steel and rusted out. Bronze or brass are the more durable materials.

I would plan on using a new ground rod. Another idea would be to drill a hole in the house thru the concrete floor. mitch96 Sep 2024 #4
