Eat Real food He means nothing processed.
Processed food is loaded with the three things that addict you. Fat, Salt and Sugar
(in the form of high fructose corn syrup)
Eat mostly plants is self evident.
Try to follow the GBOMBS acronym.
Grains, Greens, Berries,Onions,Mushrooms,Beans and Seeds
Not too much.
Don't go wild with this way of eating or you will not loose weight.
Try to eat foods that are under 500 calorie per pound. For example, potatoes are 400 cal/lb. Thats like six large potatoes etc
