8. Yes it's legal. A pharmacist can cancel a prescription for various reasons

Not liking your attitude isn’t amongst the usual reasons to cancel a prescription. However, point is, legally a pharmacist has the right to not fill a prescription.
Sorry you are having a rough time. I recommend contacting your provider and asking them to resend your prescription to another pharmacy. I doubt it will do you any good to go scorched earth on them.

When it comes to controlled substances, it is recommended that you stick with the same pharmacy. There is a database that tracks your controlled prescriptions. Providers and pharmacists legally have to check it before they dispense the medication. Using multiple providers, multiple pharmacies may raise a red flag.
