The Council on Aging people can tell you down to the penny what esch gap plan costs & same for Part D drug coverage, the latter of which changes every year.

They saved me hundreds per month by directing me to the Farm Bureau gap plan. It was around $125/ mo a few yrs ago when I became eligible.

It is my understanding that switching gap carriers is often more expensive because you are buying in at a more advanced age.

My Farm Buresu gap plan goes up about $10/ yr.
