Lockhart/Gardiner & Bond are looking to launch a test case as a precursor to a class action suit against MRG Pharmaceuticals. Several people have reported violence after taking a anti-depressant they've developed. They've chosen their case carefully but the opposing counsel, Louis Canning, is adept at using his own physical disability to sway the jury to his side. The suit is important to the financially challenged firm and Will gets Blake Calamar to find evidence against a psychiatrist that has given potentially devastating testimony against them. Kalinda and Blake meanwhile are still going at each other and he's now suggesting that he's aware of her sexual preferences. On the campaign trail, Eli Gold is trying to figure out how to mount an effective campaign against the new entrant in the race, Wendy Scott-Carr.
